Product & Service Designer
I'm a french senior designer, with 10 years experience in product & service design.
Over the years I’ve worked on various complex environments, and also scaled and lead design orgs up to +40 talents. Those leadership roles allowed me to nurture a deep business understanding and a holistic vision of customer experience.
While growing in my career from IC to VP, I finally realized that I was missing the design practice, building things myself. So early in 2023, I’ve decided to go back to basis: product & service design.

One of the things I love the most in design is the design community.
I've learn so much from my peers, and I feel super grateful to work in an environment where people are always open to share knowledge.
So when I have the opportunity to do so, I try to give back by contributing to design events, podcasts, or mentorship programs.
